About the Role
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will create awareness and recognition for external clients to attract and engage potential talent to the organization. This strategic role optimizes recruiting techniques and technologies to promote the employer brand, enhance candidate engagement, and manage the overall perception of the company in the job market.
What You’ll Do

Promote the Employer Brand through social media, grassroots efforts, and creative outreach that boosts visibility and connects with local job seekers.

Engage Candidates by representing our client at job fairs, hiring events, workforce programs, diversity events, and college/university engagements.

Lead Community Partnerships by researching, proposing, and nurturing relationships with organizations across the region.

Grow Internal Collaboration within the client by fostering cooperation between Talent Acquisition and Resource groups, Business Leaders and Human Resources.

Execute Events—from planning logistics to hosting and attending sponsored or third‑party recruiting events.

Monitor Market Trends by gathering candidate sentiment, observing labor‑market dynamics, and sharing insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a marketing, sales or brand ambassador role is required.

Recruitment or recruitment marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with job boards, professional networking platforms and other social media outlets is required.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and create an action plan to drive results.

Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them clearly.

Flexible and open to changing priorities.

Some overnight travel is required.
