What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and professional networking platforms.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates—sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way.
  • Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations.
  • Negotiate and close offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent.
  • Track and share progress through regular, data-driven reports.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and practices, helping us deliver consistent, excellent results.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and social recruiting.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can influence, advise, and engage at all levels.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking and presenting recruiting metrics.
  • Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field strongly preferred.
